The wine selection at Parc de Ville will feature authentic French wines from classic regions alongside a selection of domestic expressions of French varietals.

We want to serve “wines of place” — honestly made agricultural products that speak of the place they came and the people who made them.

Deliciousness and approachability, in the spirit of the everyday bistro wine, will above all guide what we pour. The same philosophy extends to our cocktail and beer program.
